Microphone

The app uses the microphone for two things, only when you ask: the tuner listens to the note you play to measure its pitch, and the recorder saves a practice session when you tap Record. Pitch is measured on your device and forgotten; recordings are stored as files in the app’s own folder on your phone. No audio is ever transmitted anywhere.

No accounts

There is nothing to sign into.

No analytics, no ads, no tracking

The app contains no analytics or advertising code and makes no network connections.

Your saved data

Your settings, metronome presets, recordings, and ear-trainer progress live only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.

Children

The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
